Many things fall onto one’s plate in life and it takes time to digest. As the small troubles that accompany all our lives are put in perspective they are no longer obstacles to writing but often become material for characters to enrich and make them appear more real. What I am trying to say is that much of what I experience and observe becomes the stuff of my characters.
The next big event is LoneStarCon in San Antonio, TX hope to see you there. It will be interesting to observe the process of a Hugo being awarded as it is what I aspire to but not the reason that I write.
Writing will progress when I have time. Please don’t buy Capitulation it is in a rewrite which is almost done!
Met a bunch of writers lately and I have to say KEEP WRITING! You will always be your own worst critic! Steven King threw away Carrie because he didn’t think is was any good. KEEP WRITING! you never know what is going to stick or catch.

I experimented with looking at your blog in my blackberry and the layout does not seem to be correct. Might wanna check it out on WAP as well as it seems most cell phone layouts are not really working with your web page.
